AM Presenters:Utpal Bhatt
Senior Director - Product Management
Utpal Bhatt is a Sr. Director of Product Management at Actuate Corporation where he leads the Application Technology team that oversees BIRT and e.Spreadsheet product lines. Utpal has over 15 years of software industry experience. Utpal holds a bachelors degree in Electronics engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Paul Clenahan
VP - Product Management
Paul Clenahan, Vice President of Product Management at Actuate, leads the Product Management team within the Engineering division at Actuate. Paul is responsible for coordinating overall product direction and vision for Actuate based on emerging technology trends, market demands, customer feedback and internal innovation. Paul is also a founding member of the Eclipse BIRT Project Management Committee (PMC), the steering and planning group responsible for the open source BIRT reporting technology within the Eclipse Foundation.
Paul joined Actuate in 1997 and has over 20 years experience in the business intelligence technology market in a variety of consulting and Product Management roles with diverse customer applications. Paul holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Edinburgh University, Scotland.
Jeff Morris
Sr. Director of Product Marketing
Jeff Morris is Sr. Director of Product Marketing at Actuate. The product marketing team enjoys the privileges of formulating the most creative applications in Actuate, pioneering examples of collaborative design and reuse, dashboard and mash-up portals, spreadsheets, interactive and mobile content. Much of this work is showcased in the BIRT Exchange marketplace. The team continues to innovate through Actuate, using their hands-on experience to drive product positioning, demonstrations, competitive analysis and marketing of the technology.

Ken Fisher
Manager of Education Services
Ken Fisher is the Manager of Actuate University, Actuate's customer training group. Working in the IT industry since 1992, Ken has worked as a consultant, project manager, course developer and trainer for a variety of software vendors and industries. Ken has been with Actuate since 2001 in the roles of Senior Technical Trainer, Regional Training Manager and Manager of Actuate University.
Keith Howard
Technical Trainer
Keith Howard is Actuate’s Technology Trainer based at the corporate headquarters in San Mateo, CA. Keith has over 30 years experience in the IT industry as a software developer in languages from Assembler to Java, a sales engineer, product evangelist and trainer in North America, Europe and Australia. Keith has been a member of Actuate's technical staff since March 2004.
