There are four architectural options for executing and generating reports on an ongoing basis.
- Eclipse BIRT Engine and APIs (Open Source)
- BIRT Deployment Kit
- BIRT iServer Express
- BIRT iServer Enterprise
These options include components that can be deployed in Web applications, stand alone end user reporting portals and stand alone report servers that help schedule, manage, secure and distribute BIRT reports.
