Localization and i18n
BIRT iServer is a report server with a variety of services that deploy, manage, schedule, secure, run and distribute BIRT documents and web pages. The services can be phased in and capacity purchased to support just the services needed. It is available as a Platform-as-a-Service (BIRT OnDemand), can be implemented on premises, or installed in a cloud.

BIRT iServer includes advanced internationalization capabilities that accommodate different languages, cultural contexts, data and time zones. A single BIRT report server installation can deliver, manage and create reports in multiple languages simultaneously.
i18n
BIRT iServer adds to Eclipse BIRT the ability for reports to be localized and personalized so that all users receive information that is relevant to them and in local formatting conventions.
- Automatic localization – content created once can be automatically configured for any locale, eliminating the need to redesign and maintain separate reports for each locale.
- Internal Unicode – Unicode data representation and XML-based locale files enable fast and accurate internationalization of any report.
