The BIRT Strategy Workshop is a one day services engagement to review options and receive best-recommendations on project-specific needs in the areas of reporting application architecture; report design; data provisioning; report performance optimization; security and access control; and production migration.
BIRT Deployment Strategy Package
The BIRT Deployment Strategy Package is a five-day engagement that results in a detailed Project Plan Document. This document is a project-specific blueprint that will include design documents and a project plan scoping all reporting tasks.
Best Practice BIRT Report Design Package
The Best Practice BIRT Report Design Package is a combination of two days of classroom training and three days of hands-on expert guidance with the goal of creating a project-specific reusable reporting framework.
BIRT Fast Start Package
The BIRT Fast Start Package is a two week services engagement that provides an implemented BIRT reporting environment. This will include a BIRT component and template libraries; develop key reports; and documentation regarding the environment and much more.
BIRT Report Factory
The BIRT Report Factory is a shared service that defines and develops reports. The process leverages senior consultants to gather requirements and develop designs and off-site resources to develop the reports productively and cost-effectively. Projects with as few as five reports can benefit from the BIRT Report Factory.
