Integrating and Deploying BIRT
Integrating and Deploying BIRT is a 3-day class that covers advanced scripting with BIRT reports, as well as using the BIRT Java APIs to embed BIRT reports in Java applications. The cost of the class in North America is $2,250 per student for classroom training and $1,875 per student for online training. The course is intended for developers and project managers who are experienced Java programmers with a working knowledge of the BIRT Designer and Eclipse IDE. Topics include:
- Customizing the report-generation process
- Controlling both the run phase and render phase of the report engine

- Incorporating complex business logic in reports
- Adding reporting capabilities to a Java application
