reading URL inside BIRT report

Hi can some on advise

how i can read the URL inside the BIRT report say some where beforeFactory

eg: http://localhost:8080/BirtViewer/fra...&batch_no=0665

this is the URL that calles the report , can i read this URL in beforeFactory
if i need detect the parameters and it's value that's in the url
