The product line consists of a desktop report designer, a Java Spreadsheet Engine and Excel API that integrate spreadsheets in applications, a deployment kit for end users to share and store reports and a report server to schedule and secure reports.
e.Spreadsheet Designer is an easy-to-use report writer for creating authentic Excel files and reports that retain formulas, formatting, live charts and data connections. It functions stand-alone on the desktop or as a report designer for the e.Spreadsheet Engine and Excel API, Spreadsheet Deployment Kit or iServer Express report server.
The Deployment Kit is a lightweight J2EE report repository with a web front-end for users to browse, select, and run e.Spreadsheet reports on demand. It can be implemented stand-alone for end user reporting or embedded in an application.
e.Spreadsheet Engine is an API-driven, Java-based component that integrates Excel logic into Java applications or generates reports in Excel with timely and accurate application data. Java development and reporting teams use the e.Spreadsheet Engine and Excel API to read, write, modify and generate complete or partial spreadsheets.
iServer Express is a report server that deploys, manages, schedules, secures, runs and distributes e.Spreadsheet reports. It eliminates the burden of manually fulfilling user requests for reports. It can be implemented stand-alone or as a reporting service to other applications.
