Spreadsheet Engine & Excel API

e.Spreadsheet Engine is an API-driven, Java-based component that integrates Excel logic into Java applications or generates reports in Excel with timely and accurate application data.

Features: Read, Parse, and Calculate Excel

The e.Spreadsheet Engine APIs provide access to the complex logic and formulas in spreadsheets that end users have already built and the Engine calculates up-to-date values, delivering those values in a web interface eliminating the need to rewrite existing Excel business logic in Java.

• Excel File Reading - parses values, formulas and cell attributes from an Excel file and allows that logic to be used in other applications.
• Excel Formula Calculations - performs the calculations defined in Excel spreadsheets to provide the results of formulas to an application.
• Image Creation - creates an image from an Excel chart with drill-to-detail capabilities and can embed that image in a web page.
